NationWide Digital Monitoring’s Central Station was custom designed and constructed to meet and exceed all U.L. specifications for central station monitoring. Our triple redundant monitoring systems are the best in the industry and conform to all U.L. requirements. The safety measures and backups are designed so we can continuously protect your customers against fire, burglary, personal and environmental emergencies. Providing the best possible quality of service, NationWide Digital operates its own IT and software development departments to develop unique products and solutions in response to our dealers’ needs and suggestions.

The Monitoring Association (TMA) is a trade association representing providers, users, bureaus, and other agencies of Central Station protection services that are certified by a TMA-approved Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), such as UL, FM and/or ETL.

The IQ Certification Program gives consumers a way to identify alarm companies that are committed to providing them with high-quality security and life safety systems.

Partner in Service: Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C., has represented the alarm industry since 1977. The firm has litigated more cases for the alarm industry than any other firm in New York, and most likely the country. The firm has represented most of the insurance companies that have offered errors and omissions insurance to the alarm industry since the late 1970s, and continues to represent insurers offering such coverage. The successful experience in handling defense claims is impressive and many of the cases are published under our Reported Cases page on this website. Cases involving burglar alarms, fire alarms, temperature, water flow, heat as well as guard response and stationary guard services are represented.

The firm has also had extensive experience handling claims between alarm companies for tortuous interference of contracts and a wide range of shareholder and corporate disputes. The firm regularly litigates in New York State court and is experienced in Federal Court. Kenneth Kirschenbaum is often retained as consultant to assist counsel in other states and to monitor litigation in jurisdictions where the firm does not regularly practice.
